History and Timeline

Cooney & Conway has been representing victims of asbestos-related injuries for decades. We first began representing victims of asbestos-related injuries in 1973, when we represented 2 separate victims of mesothelioma who had previously worked as asbestos insulators at the Amoco Refinery in Whiting, Indiana. Some of our other early successes involved representation of Johns Manville Plant workers, union insulators, union electricians, and oil refinery workers suffering illness or disease as a result of dangerous exposure at work. Cooney & Conway continues to represent mesothelioma victims today.
